Yes! Vitals Logbook is completely free to download and use. All features are available at no cost with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Vitals Logbook requires iOS 17.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone. iPad support may be added in future updates.
Absolutely. All your health data is stored locally on your device only. We don't have servers, don't collect any data, and can't access your information. Your privacy is guaranteed by design.
You can track blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, weight, temperature, SpO2 (oxygen saturation), medication, and custom vitals that you define yourself.
Yes! In the Add Entry screen, expand "Optional Vitals" and you'll find a "Custom Vitals" section where you can add any measurement with a custom name, value, and unit.
Go to the Reports tab, select a date range, and tap "Generate PDF Report". You can then share the PDF via email, AirDrop, or save it to Files.
Yes. You can delete individual entries by swiping left on them in the Log view. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app - since data is stored locally, it will be permanently removed.
Go to Settings (gear icon on Today tab), enable "Daily Reminder", and select your preferred time. You'll receive a notification each day at that time.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Vitals Logbook in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Vitals Logbook → Allow Notifications. Also check that reminders are enabled in the app's Settings.
The PDF includes your profile photo, name, date of birth, blood group, genotype, address, and all vital entries for the selected date range with their notes and context tags.
You can choose the date range and add/update your profile information (photo, blood group, etc.) in the Reports tab. The report automatically includes all relevant data.
Download Vitals Logbook from the App Store. Open the app and complete the brief onboarding to set up your profile.
Tap the "+" tab to add an entry. Enter your vitals like blood pressure and heart rate. Add notes if desired.
Check the Today tab for a snapshot, Log tab for history, and Trends tab for charts showing patterns over time.
