By downloading, installing, or using Vitals Logbook ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Vitals Logbook ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Vitals Logbook is a personal health tracking application that allows you to:

• Log and track vital signs and health measurements
• View trends in your health data over time
• Generate PDF reports of your health logs
• Set reminders for logging vitals

The App stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit data to external servers.

3. Medical Disclaimer

VITALS LOGBOOK IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR HEALTH CONDITION.

The App is designed solely as a personal logging and tracking tool. You understand and agree that:

• The App does not provide medical advice
• Information displayed is for informational purposes only
• The App should not replace professional medical consultation
• You should always seek advice from qualified healthcare providers
• Never disregard professional medical advice based on App information
• In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

Any health-related decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals who can review your complete medical history.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when logging data
• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Maintain the security of your device and data
• Not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features

Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the App. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate data entry.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Vitals Logbook and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Sell, license, or sublicense the App
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App

6. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for any loss of data, health complications, or other damages arising from use of the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Deleting the App will also delete all locally stored data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
